Wow. I cannot believe it is already 2020 and we are stepping into not only a new year, but a new decade. The beginning of the year is always fun and refreshing because we have the mindset “new year, new me.” We make tons of goals and resolutions and for some it is finally an excuse for us to begin evolving into a better version of ourselves. Unfortunately, as the month goes by, we start slacking on our goals and for some, we even give up on them until the next year rolls around. Can I let you in on a secret?
